Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location is superb, right in the heart of Hiroshima, making it easy to explore the city. I enjoyed people watching and the convenience of being within walking distance to attractions and the train station. However, the room was incredibly small with no option to open the window, which was a letdown. The inclusive dining area was sufficient to fill up but not exceptional, and the facilities were decent.
The hotel's rooms were very modern and not quite like other hotels I've stayed at in other Japanese cities, but they were a bit small even by Japanese standards, especially for a couple. The rooms looked old, although the bathroom was clean, and there was limited space to put suitcases.
I found this hotel to be a great pick for my stay in Hiroshima. The rooms may be a bit small by Western standards, but I wasn't there to lounge in the room all day. The service was top-notch and truly embodied the friendliness typical of Japanese hospitality. The location was perfect for exploring on foot, especially to visit the Hiroshima museum and near the Peace Memorial. While the dining experience was fantastic with a good mix of 'Western' and 'Japanese' style foods, the breakfast crowd around 7:30am could get a bit hectic. The facilities overall were superb, offering everything I needed during my trip.
The hotel is conveniently located near the loop line and downtown, offering comfortable and clean rooms with useful amenities. The service was warm and helpful, and the location is superb for exploring Hiroshima. However, the dining options may not suit everyone's tastes.
The hotel offers modern and comfortable rooms that are not quite like those in other Japanese cities. While the room size was reasonable for Japan, the bathroom felt tight. The service was friendly and helpful, even providing great recommendations for dinner nearby. The location is convenient for accessing central areas, although it may not be ideal for individuals with mobility limitations. The dining experience had both positive and negative aspects. The facilities were modern and satisfactory.
